How long have you been doing what you do, and how did you become a Transformational Success Coach?

“To answer this question, it’s probably best that I share with you a defining moment, and a resulting “compelling story”, that brought me to where I am today – coaching people like you on exactly what to do to gain clarity on developing a powerful marketing strategy, invite accountability and integrity into this strategy, guiding you in expanding your knowledge about tools and implementation, and ultimately growing your business. That defining moment in my life happened in 2018.

For years I worked in the Public sector doing Business and Marketing work. I felt like an inanimate object. There was an expectation that I could push out all the wrinkles and make broken systems work. So many times over my eight-year tenure there, I allowed my employer to use my sense of achievement against me. I felt used, sick, stuck, and cranky, and lost myself in the process. I decided enough was enough, I was sought after and took new opportunities in the Private Sector.

In this new job, I was able to set boundaries, root into my true passion, and start to rediscover myself. For months work was fulfilling until it happened again. I started to feel out of integrity with this company and its promises to me. I was misled about the importance of my role. I remember on my last day sitting in a meeting and watching someone look me in the face, present an idea they said I would be involved in, and instead, the idea was totally conceived without my input. I felt invisible and muted. I was hurt, angry and felt betrayed. Once again, I drew the line in the sand of the universe. I handed in my access card and decided to leave.

This same week, I took a figurative swan dive off the roof of my house. I had discovered that my partner was also being dishonest. I decided that if change was going to happen it was going to uproot everything. This was one of the deepest betrayals of my entire adult life that taught me so much about myself. When I started feeling bad in these jobs, I was in a place of self-reflection. I had been divorced after 25 years, put two kids through college, and had overcome some personal trials and tribulations.

For years, I’ve learned to perpetually rise from the ashes like a Phoenix or transform like a butterfly and this moment of taking the leap out onto my own was one of the most personally empowering decisions I’ve ever made. I had to learn to trust in the universe and ultimately trust in myself by releasing my attachment to the end result. I called on my spiritual toolbox to start fulfilling my soul’s contract.

After leaving corporate America, I was able to locate deep self-confidence and overflowing amounts of self-love and self-compassion. I launched my business and marketing strategy and transformational success coaching business in January 2018 and am committed to helping other people grow their business, leverage business strategy and marketing that works for their specific plan, and help them design, implement, and own their business and marketing strategy.

My deepest calling is to serve other people and release the negative self-perceptions that kept me small and safe for so long. 

My mission is to hold a sacred space for you to show up for yourself and show up in big beautiful ways inside of your business and life.

I embraced my freedom, answered my true calling, and started teaching others how they can do the same: I guided and watched them develop business and marketing strategy with ease, implement it with grace and ultimately grow their business and raise their vibration too! I have since made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my professional life to helping other people feel successful and powerful in their chosen business and marketing strategies.

Since then, I’ve worked with many private clients, and spoken in front of countless groups: I lived my dream of traveling to Tuscany, Italy, and earning an income while I travel with my business; and I created Monarch Luminaries (a division of LDC Strategies).  Utilizing the Success Principles I created a series of important inner and outer business and marketing building steps every CEO, Corporate Executive, Senior Management, Talent Development Professionals, Entrepreneur, Want-To-Preneur (my term for someone in another job or profession with a vision, desire and goal to own their own business) and leaders in all fields need to apply to get out of your own way, skyrocket, develop and implement your vision that will greatly impact your growth and profits in record time. Unleashing, nourishing, and discovering your inner leader!”

I work on the inner and outer principles for success and look at your business and your sales results from an organic and spiritual perspective. What that means to you is that you get a wise-sage-meets-kick-butt authentic business and marketing Success Coach. I’m also very spiritual and I don’t pretend to hide it either. What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

“Our workshops, products, and programs were created for people who are absolutely excited and deadly serious about breaking out of their rut, breaking through resistance making more money, and ending what I call “the spinning anxiety syndrome” – it means not running around all day long, beating yourself up anymore saying: “I should be doing WAY better than this in my business by now!”

They were created for you to put systems in place within a few months (sometimes weeks!) which will eventually lead you to gain more confidence, and visibility and finally attract more clients so you can make more money and create the business and lifestyle of your dreams”.

That’s what I call FREEDOM

I become an integral part of coaching and development with key members within an organization. I bring not only solutions but outside ideas to drive engagement and challenge my clients to own their development. I will provide the tools, insight and direction but it is my client that must engage, own and drive to achieve their goals.

Life begins outside of your comfort zone and I encourage and pull my clients outside of that comfort zone and push them gently to achieve their desired successes.
