By accessing our website, purchasing or participating in an offering, scheduling a service, submitting information, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
OUR SERVICES
LDC Strategies provides coaching, strategy, education, training, workshops, masterminds, retreats, digital programs, books, workbooks, assessments, resources, speaking, media, and related personal and professional development services.
Specific services may have additional terms presented on a sales page, registration page, proposal, contract, invoice, checkout page, or other agreement. Those offer-specific terms become part of your agreement with LDC Strategies when you purchase or participate in that offering.
If an offer-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms regarding that particular service, the offer-specific agreement will control.
COACHING, EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES
LDC Strategies provides coaching, strategy, education, training, and personal and professional development services designed to support clarity, intentional decision-making, goal setting, strategy, accountability, and action.
Our services are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, accounting, or other licensed professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, results, business practices, financial decisions, health and well-being, and for seeking appropriately qualified professional assistance when needed.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We believe intentional action can create meaningful change. However, every individual, business, and circumstance is different.
LDC Strategies does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, business, relationship, health, or other result from using our services, programs, products, recommendations, strategies, or educational materials.
Testimonials, examples, case studies, and references to past client experiences illustrate individual experiences only and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of future results.
We may make suggestions. You make decisions.
Your results depend upon many factors, including your circumstances, choices, participation, effort, implementation, and actions.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
Prices, payment arrangements, billing schedules, and other purchase details are provided at the time of purchase or registration.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi, Square, and/or payment functionality associated with 17hats.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the charges associated with your purchase.
For recurring subscriptions or payment plans, you authorize applicable recurring charges according to the terms presented when you enroll until the obligation is completed or the subscription is canceled in accordance with the applicable offer terms.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and transfer policies may differ depending upon the product, program, event, retreat, coaching engagement, or service purchased.
The specific terms displayed or provided when you purchase or enroll in an offering apply to that purchase.
Because some services involve reserved private time, immediate access to digital materials, limited-capacity participation, advance planning, or other commitments by LDC Strategies, certain purchases may be non-refundable or subject to specific cancellation or rescheduling requirements.
Please review the terms associated with an offering before completing your purchase.
Failure to participate in, attend, access, or complete a purchased service or program does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING
Certain LDC Strategies services require scheduled appointments.
Clients and participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and following any cancellation or rescheduling requirements associated with the service purchased.
Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for a scheduled session.
LDC Strategies reserves the right to reschedule an appointment when circumstances reasonably require it and will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS, PROGRAMS AND MATERIALS
Digital programs, workbooks, worksheets, recordings, assessments, downloads, training materials, presentations, videos, exercises, templates, and other materials provided by LDC Strategies are intended for the purchaser’s personal or authorized business use only unless written permission provides otherwise.
Purchasing or receiving access to a resource does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within it.
Access to particular digital products or platforms may also be subject to the technical requirements and terms of the third-party platform through which they are delivered.
WORKSHOPS, MASTERMinds AND GROUP PROGRAMS
Participation in workshops, masterminds, group coaching, book clubs, retreats, and other group experiences may involve interaction and discussion among participants.
Participants agree to treat personal information and experiences voluntarily shared by other participants with respect and discretion and not intentionally disclose another participant’s private information outside the group without permission.
While LDC Strategies establishes expectations designed to support a respectful environment, we cannot guarantee the conduct or confidentiality of every individual participant.
LDC Strategies reserves the right to remove a participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, threatening, unlawful, or materially interferes with the experience or safety of others.
RETREATS, LIVE EVENTS AND IN-PERSON EXPERIENCES
Retreats, live events, speaking engagements, workshops, and other in-person experiences may be subject to additional registration, cancellation, travel, venue, safety, or participation terms disclosed for that specific event.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, participants are responsible for their own transportation, travel arrangements, travel documentation, insurance, and personal expenses associated with attending an event.
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and otherwise able to participate in activities they voluntarily choose to undertake.
Event schedules, speakers, activities, locations, or other details may occasionally need to change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When appropriate, LDC Strategies may make reasonable substitutions or modifications.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials created or provided by LDC Strategies—including text, branding, program names, frameworks, methodologies, presentations, videos, recordings, graphics, workbooks, worksheets, assessments, exercises, training materials, downloads, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to LDC Strategies and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Materials are provided for your individual use unless we expressly authorize another use in writing.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, teach, commercially exploit, publicly display, or create derivative commercial materials from LDC Strategies’ proprietary content without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of LDC Strategies’ intellectual property to you.
RECORDINGS, PHOTOGRAPHS AND MEDIA
Certain programs, workshops, events, or online sessions may be recorded.
When recording is planned, participants may be notified as appropriate. Additional releases or permissions may be requested when a participant’s name, image, likeness, voice, testimonial, or other identifiable contribution is intended for promotional or commercial use.
Participation in an offering does not, by itself, grant LDC Strategies unrestricted rights to use a participant’s image or testimonial for advertising where additional consent is required.
WEBSITE USE
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
You may not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, introduce malicious software, misuse website content, impersonate another person, or use our services in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
We reserve the right to restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect our website, business, clients, intellectual property, or other users.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website and services may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including 17hats, Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, Square, social media platforms, scheduling services, payment providers, and other technology or service providers.
LDC Strategies does not control third-party websites or platforms and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms.
Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By voluntarily subscribing to marketing communications, you may receive emails regarding LDC Strategies, Coach Lori Anne, educational content, resources, programs, events, products, services, and related opportunities.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those communications.
Transactional, purchase-related, appointment-related, or other service communications may still be sent when necessary to administer a service you requested.
SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to SMS communications from LDC Strategies, you consent to receive text messages in accordance with the consent you provided.
Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, billing notifications, follow-up communications, and other communications consistent with your consent.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Where applicable, reply HELP for assistance or contact LDC Strategies directly.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
